There are 2 important points: why there was a < /p>

Over the past few days, the information space has not ceased with statements from partner countries regarding decisions to transfer weapons. The fact that such decisions are being made right now explains the confidence in the actions of the Ukrainian military.

This Channel 24 was told by political strategist Boris Tyzenhausen. According to him, the Ukrainian military is using Western weapons so skillfully and effectively that partners have no doubts about increasing supplies.

Delivery highlights

Boris Tizengauzen is convinced that decisions to transfer a sufficient amount of weapons to Ukraine are based on the list from Commander-in-Chief Valeriy Zaluzhny and confidence in the professionalism of the Ukrainian military.

I think there are 2 points here: firstly, it’s one thing to satisfy the needs of what Zaluzhny asked for, and it’s another thing to have a firm understanding that we can and will be able to use this technique, and we will also use it effectively,” the political strategist noted.< /p>

Tiesenhausen said that it is important for Americans and Europeans that the Ukrainians can use their weapons as efficiently as possible. Given the complexity of managing the Abrams, Leopard and Challenger tanks, it was important for them to understand that the Ukrainians could handle it.

The Ukrainian military proved their skills in the effective use of weapons from previous deliveries, when with the help of two dozen HIMARS they were able to drive the Russians out of Kharkov and right-bank part of the Kherson region.

When the “breakthrough” appeared

According to the political strategist, Ukraine's partners made a “breakthrough” in their decisions not during Volodymyr Zelensky's visit to the United States or after it, but throughout Ukraine's campaign to liberate its territories.

Analyzing the actions of the Ukrainian army, they realized that the military is good at using weapons, which means they will be able to keep doing this.

I think that today the Ukrainian army is one of the most professional in the world. Therefore, I think that in the aggregate, all these points allow those who transfer weapons to us to report to their taxpayers that these weapons will be used as efficiently as possible,” Tizengauzen said.

The political strategist also asked who to whom will teach. NATO instructors by their standards or Ukrainian military, given their invaluable experience.

The other side of the coin

Despite the statements about the transfer of tanks and other military vehicles to Ukraine, the West is still blocking the transfer of long-range ATACMS missiles and aircraft.

Boris Tizenhausen believes that Western countries are guided by a slightly different logic in this matter. They believe that if long-range missiles and aircraft are transferred to Ukraine now, this will change the strategy of a new large-scale offensive by Russian troops, so such weapons can be transferred just before the offensive, so that it comes as a surprise to the Russians.

“I think that “there will be a spoon before dinner.” Before the immediate next full-scale offensive that they are preparing, no one has any doubts about this, we will get what we need, and for Russia this should come as a surprise, a big “surprise”, especially for Vladimir Putin,” the political strategist said.
