Analyzing the actions of the Ukrainian army, they realized that the military is good at using weapons, which means they will be able to keep doing this.
I think that today the Ukrainian army is one of the most professional in the world. Therefore, I think that in the aggregate, all these points allow those who transfer weapons to us to report to their taxpayers that these weapons will be used as efficiently as possible,” Tizengauzen said.

The other side of the coin
Despite the statements about the transfer of tanks and other military vehicles to Ukraine, the West is still blocking the transfer of long-range ATACMS missiles and aircraft.
Boris Tizenhausen believes that Western countries are guided by a slightly different logic in this matter. They believe that if long-range missiles and aircraft are transferred to Ukraine now, this will change the strategy of a new large-scale offensive by Russian troops, so such weapons can be transferred just before the offensive, so that it comes as a surprise to the Russians.
“I think that “there will be a spoon before dinner.” Before the immediate next full-scale offensive that they are preparing, no one has any doubts about this, we will get what we need, and for Russia this should come as a surprise, a big “surprise”, especially for Vladimir Putin,” the political strategist said.
What weapons are being handed over to Ukraine
