Poland has reported military aircraft activity along its eastern border. The warning will be in effect from February 5 to May 5, 2024.

A representative of the Air Force Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Yuriy Ignat told 24 Channel that Warsaw has begun patrolling its borders to protect itself from a possible threat from Russia.

Poland understands potential troubles from Russia

Ignat noted that Warsaw also has unpleasant neighbors, like Ukraine. Since it borders on Belarus and the Kaliningrad region of Russia, where the aggressor country can maintain aircraft and Iskanders. That is why she warned about the activity of fighter jets.

According to the combat situation in the airspace, Polish aviation can move left and right to shoot down a missile at the border, if the country’s leadership makes such a decision.

Therefore, their reaction is clear and obvious: both on the border with our state to protect their territory from a potential attack by missiles and drones, and in the North to protect their borders from possible troubles,” noted a representative of the command of the Armed Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
