Demands regarding the solution of the grain crisis should be dictated exclusively by Ukraine/Mind.ua
It hurts a lot for the hungry children of Africa. But it hurts even more for Ukrainian children.
Who should dictate the terms
We must learn to be pragmatic. Since it has already turned out that not only we depend on the world, but also on us, the rules for the export of Ukrainian grain should be ours.
Firstly, no Russians and occupied ports . Such an offer from Muscovy is like a request from the Bucha looters to reset the password on a stolen phone. Russian ports and Russian carriers should not profit from the problems they have created.
Secondly, no Turkey. Erdogan is the same mediator as Lukashenka. The Turks, together with the Muscovites, steal our grain, resell the stolen goods and profit from our grief. If it occurred to someone that Erdogan is the best mediator because he has good relations with Putin, then this is the same nonsense as Jews negotiating with Hitler through Himmler.
B- Third,, guarantees for the safety of navigation on the Black Sea are accepted only from two states: Great Britain or the USA. No one else in the world will provide real security guarantees.
If the world wants Ukrainian grain, let them negotiate with Putin about the presence of US and British ships in the Black Sea with a mandate to open fire on attempts by the Black Sea Fleet of Muscovy to detain merchant ships.
Fourthly, Ukraine itself must completely control the entire grain supply process. Together with quotas and shipment stops during the escalation of Russian aggression. I have a clear understanding that the world will respond faster to the problems of Ukraine if these problems become the problems of the world.

How no matter how cynical it may sound, but first make sure that Ukrainian children do not die, and then we will provide African food.
The problem of supplying Ukrainian grain is not an easy one. It requires balanced strategic decisions by the Ukrainian authorities, which will have a great impact on the course of this war. Wisdom and understanding of the state interests of Ukraine to all involved in this process.
