The corresponding message was published on April 30th. Ukrzaliznytsia reports that these are temporary inconveniences that will be eliminated soon.

Technical work continues

The purchase of tickets on the website is temporarily unavailable.

Due to urgent technical work, the sale of electronic tickets for Ukrzaliznytsia trains, as well as the operation of online support services and a hotline, have been temporarily suspended, – the message says.

However, passengers should not worry, Ukrzaliznytsia assured that online services will soon be resumed.
