Lubkivsky stressed that the presence in Kyiv of the state leadership, in particular the president, head of government and parliament, supports the morale of the army. In turn, this is important for supporting people.
But the Wagnerites planned to destroy the leadership of the state. However, they failed.
They wanted to kill the leadership of Ukraine: our president and prime minister. That was the goal, and a couple of them were sent to Ukraine to no avail,” Lubkivsky said.
