Politico reports that the United States defense department is preparing to quickly approve the aid package for Ukraine, despite the fact that the administration of US President Joe Biden has not yet made a decision on how large the tranche will be or what weapons it will include.

However, as some American officials said on condition of anonymity, the aid package for our country could quickly go through “a bureaucratic procedure after the law is passed and signed by the president.”

They will very quickly transmit this recommendation to the Secretary of State, and soon after that it will reach the President, assures one of the American officials.

The official also noted that a significant portion of American weapons are now located in warehouses throughout Europe. This could play a key role in quickly transporting it to the territory of Ukraine.

The publication notes that the assistant to the head of the Pentagon for international security affairs, Celeste Wallander, stated that the United States will begin the rapid movement of ammunition, artillery shells and air defense assets as soon as Congress finally approves this assistance.

What is included aid package for Ukraine, which can be accepted in the United States

• The US House of Representatives has published the text of a document that provides for the provision of $60.84 billion to our state, of which more than 23 billion are used to replenish American weapons.
