On April 27, the House of Commons of the Parliament of Canada recognized the resolution recognizing the atrocities of Russians in Ukraine as genocide. He also noted that the resolution adopted by the Senate is identical to the one supported by the House of Commons.

Estonia and Latvia recognized Russia's actions in Ukraine as genocide
