There is no backup plan in the event of a failure in the US Congress to allocate aid to Ukraine. At the same time, Ukraine is not considering an alternative option, otherwise the United States cannot be considered a strategic partner.
Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky and US Vice President Kamalla Harris stated this during a joint press conference at the Munich Security Conference.

According to Zelensky, the adoption of an aid package for Ukraine in the American Congress is not yet enough for victory. He believes that more work by the allies is needed to move forward, which is much more important than stagnation on the battlefield.
At the same time, the head of state claims that he does not consider the process of passing a bill in the United States a treasonous position. However, he does not believe that a strategic partner can afford not to support Ukraine.
