Russian President Vladimir Putin has once again taken to spreading “anti-Western” narratives and justifying the war he launched against Ukraine.

The Russian dictator said that “the United States itself let the genie out of the bottle.” They say that they are to blame for the start of the war. And the dictator outdid himself by saying that the situation in the world is not simple, and “when people fight, it is always a tragedy.”
