The US has negotiated with Turkey on sanctions against Russia/Ukrayinska Pravda
U.S. Deputy Treasury Secretary Wally Adeem has arrived in Turkey. He spoke with government representatives about the approval of sanctions against Russia.
Adeem was in Ankara and Istanbul on June 22-24. The United States wants Turkey to also join the sanctions against the aggressor country.

Deputy U.S. Treasury Secretary Wally Adeem visited Turkey on June 22-24 to engage Turkey as a NATO ally in the fight against terrorist financing and Russia's war against Ukraine. He met in Ankara with officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Finance of Turkey.
In addition, in Istanbul, Adeem spoke with financial institutions about:

Sanctions against Russia in brief

- Also, as part of the EU sanctions against Russia, a number of large Russian banks have been disconnected from the SWIFT system. Not without personal sanctions against war criminals and propagandists. In particular, the family of Putin's press secretary Dmitry Peskov was under sanctions.
- According to Die Welt, Russian oligarchs and institutions lost access to luxury yachts, helicopters, paintings, real estate and other assets on more than 12.5 billion euros.
- The UK government has also once again announced new sanctions against Russia. The restrictions apply to the export of products and technologies from the oil refining and aviation industries, as well as the use of pounds sterling and EU banknotes in Russia.
