Assaults on Avdeevka and battles in the Donetsk direction
The Ukrainian military reported an increase in the number of enemy assaults in the Avdeevsky, Kupyansky and Donetsk directions. President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky held a daily conference call on the situation at the front and schedules for arms supplies.
Alexander Shtupun, spokesman for the press center of the Tauride Defense Forces, claims that the enemy has increased the number, but not the quality, of military clashes. According to him, most of the fighting over the past 24 hours was in the south of Avdiivka.
In particular, in the Avdeevsky direction, the Defense Forces repelled 18 assaults during the day. At the same time, the Russian army began to increasingly use guided aerial bombs, which are dropped from Su-35 aircraft. At least 30 such bombs were dropped yesterday alone.
Another Russian Su-25 was also shot down near Avdeevka. As Shtupun, spokesman for the press center of the Tauride Defense Forces, stated, since October 10, this is already the eighth enemy aircraft shot down.
Shelling of the Kherson region
In the Kherson city territorial community, at least two women were injured due to shelling. One was hospitalized in a state of moderate severity, the second was released for outpatient treatment after medical care was provided.

It has become known in what condition a two-month-old girl is, who was wounded yesterday as a result of a Russian attack on a car. The child and his family were returning from a medical examination; the grandfather died on the spot. The baby is now in the hospital.
Based on the results of the studies, the child was diagnosed with a closed craniocerebral injury, concussion, contusion of the lungs and kidneys.
The OVA reported that the seriously injured mother is being supported using a ventilator. The woman suffered amputation of part of her left leg, but her right leg was saved.
Farion scandal
Students of the Lviv Polytechnic National University protested. They demand the dismissal of teacher Irina Farion because of scandalous statements about Ukrainian military personnel who speak Russian.
The school said it does not plan to fire Farion until at least November 23. University officials said there is currently no legal basis for Farion's dismissal.
However, the day before, the university created a commission to study and analyze ethical and moral aspects, which will meet on November 23 to make a decision on Farion’s future.
Investigation of the tragedy with 128 OGSB in Zaporozhye
The Main Inspectorate of the Ministry of Defense found out every minute all the circumstances of the Russian missile attack on the Zaporozhye region, which led to the death of soldiers of the 128th separate mountain assault Transcarpathian brigade.
The Minister of Defense confirmed the information that on that day the soldiers of the 128th OGSB were actually gathered in the courtyard of the house for awards.

Exposing schemes for draft dodgers
SBU officials exposed four more schemes for evading mobilization and illegally traveling abroad for men of military age. Among the organizers of the scheme are an official from the military medical commission and several criminals.
They offered draft dodgers various options for avoiding conscription and crossing the border on the basis of false documents or other means. The attackers could take up to $10 thousand from one man.

Humanitarian aid to Ukraine from the EU
The European Union will provide humanitarian aid to Ukraine in the amount of €110 million. These funds will be sent to residents who suffered during a full-scale war and are located on the territory of Ukraine and Moldova.
Recapture of the bridgehead in the Kherson region
The head of the Presidential Office, Andrei Ermak, announced the recapture of the bridgehead on the left bank of the Dnieper.
— Despite everything, the Armed Forces of Ukraine captured a bridgehead on the left bank of the Dnieper. Step by step they are demilitarizing Crimea. We have covered 70% of the distance. And our counteroffensive continues,” he said during a speech at the Hudson Institute on The Decisive Moment for Ukraine.
