Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak addressed the US Atlantic Council. In particular, he made an important statement regarding weapons.
Yermak said that two factors bring Ukraine's victory closer: the resilience of Ukrainians and weapons (Javelin, Stinger, Mark-19, etc.).

В At the same time, the head of the OP stressed that the effectiveness of even ultra-modern small arms and portable weapons is limited. Yermak emphasized that Ukraine's defensive war against Russia could turn into a partisan one.
According to him, this can be avoided thanks to full Lend-Lease and heavy weapons – long-range artillery, multiple launch rocket systems.
What is Lend-Lease
This is a US program under which the Americans partially donated to their allies World War II ammunition, equipment, food and strategic raw materials, including petroleum products.
