Political strategist Mikhail Sheitelman told about this during the stream Channel 24. He also explained, if very conditionally, they talk about such events: first there was an attack, the roads attacked Ukraine and everyone was shouting that he would win now – then the Russian army fled the Kiev region due to the attack of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
According to Sheitelman, then, in the Kiev region, the way for the first time was defeated in the war against Ukraine. This was followed by certain tactical victories in the form of the captured Luhansk region, for example.
“And a new defeat – the defeat of the army of infidels in the Kharkiv region, so the Russians are now trying to do something,” he explains.
The next defeat will be the third, and the third defeat of the path will not survive. If he had announced mobilization right now, we would still have defeated them, but in a very difficult war,” adds Mikhail Sheitelman.
In his opinion, Putin has already missed this opportunity, perhaps he wants to announce it after the subsequent defeat, but even then the Russian elite will not allow him to do anything.
