The Swiss Foreign Minister said when he can the next Peace Summit will take place. According to him, we are talking about months.

It is worth noting that the first Peace Summit took place on June 15-16 in the Swiss resort of Bürgenstock. Following its results, 80 countries and 4 organizations signed a communiqué, which includes three important points from our peace formula.

When the second Peace Summit may take place

The presidential elections in the United States are scheduled for November 2024. That is, the second Summit could take place within the next 5 months.

The Swiss Foreign Minister explained that the second Peace Summit would aim to pave the way for peace in Ukraine.

Before that, Volodymyr Zelensky explained that the second Peace Summit would take place in a few months. The Ukrainian leader explained that:

• some countries have already declared that they are ready to host the second Peace Summit,
• Ukraine has begun negotiations on its holding.

The Second Peace Summit should bring together our joint work on the details of a world at war. We don't have time for long-term work. Moving toward peace means moving quickly and preparing for months, not years. Therefore, when the peace plan is ready, and every step is worked out, the path to the second Peace Summit will open, and therefore to the end of this war,” Zelensky said.

According to the president, Ukraine has already begun negotiations on holding the second Peace Summit.

By the way, after the first Peace Summit they must develop a corresponding detailed plan, which will be handed over to Russian representatives.

The President of Ukraine explained that Russia's presence at the second Peace Summit would indicate that they want peace.

“Their presence there will indicate that they have decided to end the war . I don’t want to play with words – they decided or the world forced them…” Zelensky explained.

• Communiqué on the results of the Peace Summit in Switzerland on June 15 – 16 was signed by 80 countries and 4 organizations.
