Hlan about the liberation of Kherson/Collage of Channel 24

Kherson deputy of the Kherson Regional Council Serhiy Khlan told Channel 24 that Ukraine, first of all, needs to destroy the Russians' plans for a “referendum”. That is, in September, go to Kherson and dismiss the right bank.
“All the preparatory actions of our Armed Forces are the beginning of the first stage of the liberation of the right bank. Therefore, I think that it will be released in the near future from the occupiers,” Khlan said.

According to Khlan, the left bank will be the second phase of the dismissal. This will happen later, because having liberated the right bank, Ukraine will be able to inflict a fiery defeat on any part of the Kherson region.
There is a large concentration of Russians on the administrative border with Crimea. They were located in Genichesk, Novotroitsky, Chaplinka and Kalanchak. These settlements are now unreachable for our artillery, but they can be reached from the right bank. And from Zaporozhye, you can start cleaning up and liberating the left bank of the Kherson region,” the deputy noted.
Losses of enemies
Ukrainian defenders fell into the composition of the enemy weapons in the management of the Kakhovka canal of the Kherson region. The military managed not to touch strategically important objects. Khlan showed a photo with shelling.
Intelligence also noted that the Russians in the Kherson region have no rotation and are under shelling by the Armed Forces of Ukraine. They complain about this to their relatives.
