The state is ready to provide fellow countrymen who are abroad with work at defense enterprises in Ukraine with a reservation from mobilization.
The Minister of National Unity of Ukraine Oleksiy Chernyshev told Radio Liberty about this.
According to him, for the citizens of Ukraine themselves — this will be an exclusively personal decision.

Today, some industries are in dire need of specialists, this also applies to the military-industrial complex.
— We have a shortage of professionals, we have a shortage of specialists, and Ukraine is ready to reserve most of them from military service. This is why we plan to open such centers that will help in finding vacancies in Ukraine and in the country where Ukrainians are staying. These vacancy centers will be able to provide services and encourage choosing one or another professional path in Ukraine, – emphasized Minister Alexey Chernyshev.
The Minister noted that Ukrainian men still want to be useful for their country. If they are not ready to continue their military career, they can offer themselves as specialists, and there is a certain mechanism that can be used for this.
At the same time, Alexey Chernyshev confirmed that men should still protect Ukraine at this moment.
