In Kyiv, they plan to include the start of construction of the metro to Troyeshchyna and other infrastructure facilities in the target infrastructure development program for 2024 – 2025.
Now the corresponding draft decision has been published on the official website of the Kyiv City Council. It is being reviewed by specialized commissions. The total budget of the program is UAH 34,783,627 million.
According to the document, more than 19.8 billion UAH are planned to be allocated from the capital’s budget, 800 million UAH from the state budget, and 14.1 billion UAH from other sources.

By the end of 2025, the Podolsk bridge crossing should bring the project to 88% completion, according to the target program. It also provides for the intensification of projects for the development of the Kyiv metro.
UAH 1.49 billion is allocated for the construction of a section of the Syretsko-Pecherskaya metro line from Syrets station to the Vinogradar massif with an electric depot over two years. According to the plan, in 2025 they plan to build an exit from the Lviv Gate station, which is not yet open, for UAH 20 million.
According to the project, the construction of a second exit and arrangement of the Vokzalnaya station lobby for modern needs in 2024-2025 will cost UAH 11 million. They want to make the Zhytomyr station inclusive until 2025, for which UAH 278.6 million will be allocated.
At the same time, they plan to begin construction of the metro to Troyeshchina. We are talking about a section of the Podolsko-Vygurovskaya line – from Glybochitskaya to Raduzhnaya stations. They plan to allocate UAH 5 million there in 2024 and UAH 20 million in 2025.
UAH 46.8 million is allocated for the section of the Kurenevsko-Krasnoarmeyskaya metro line from the Exhibition Center station to Odesskaya Square in 2025.

At the same time, they intend to begin construction of trolleybus lines to Brovary, Gostomel, Irpen, and Bucha. For this purpose, UAH 25 million is provided for each direction with the goal of achieving 2.5% project readiness by the end of 2025.
