Rafael Grossi stated that the Russian military was at the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant. He also added that he wanted to talk to them.

The IAEA Director General announced the relevant information during a briefing following a visit to the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant. Grossi also explained where the soldiers were.

The IAEA Director General explained that he just wanted to ask the Russians why they were in the block control room and could not return it to normal functionality.

< p> “We know that a certain group of infidels was taken away from the ZNPP during the presence of the IAEA,” Grossi said.

However, they know that Russian Rosatom experts are working with Ukrainian counterparts. He called this situation not easy, tense, with which everyone is trying to somehow cope.
