In the Zaporizhia direction, Ukrainian military personnel have the situation under control. It is better there than in other directions.
This was stated by the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky in a comment to journalists.

According to Zelensky, the Russian occupiers were holding back the rotation of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) mission at the Zaporizhia NPP.

— There was a bridge in the Zaporizhia direction where these rotations took place. This bridge was a contact bridge, so to speak, a bridge between our troops and the enemy. The Russians did not want to and held back the rotation of the IAEA mission because we had moved forward, — he said.
The President of Ukraine said that the Russian occupiers want to continue the rotation on the same bridge.
According to him, the most difficult situation on the front now remains in the Pokrovsky and Kurakhovsky directions in the Donetsk region, where the enemy has concentrated all its efforts.
Zelensky noted that the Ukrainian Defense Forces understand where the Russian occupiers plan to carry out counteroffensive actions and are increasing the number of troops.
