The worst situation is now with the delivery of provisions and medicines in the occupied villages bordering the neighboring regions – Mykolaiv and Dnipropetrovsk regions.
There are also many settlements in the Kharkiv region where it is not possible to deliver humanitarian aid to residents or organize a green corridor for evacuation of the population.
It is known that Russian invaders cross bridges and roads on purpose so that local residents cannot escape from them to the territory controlled by Ukraine.
Experts say that infidels do not allow residents to leave because in this way they create a “human shield” for themselves, because they know that the Ukrainian army will not shell the city as long as civilians remain there.

A few days ago, on May 22, the invaders, using military equipment, tore off a large coat of arms from the memorial on the Alley of Heroes of Independent Ukraine. In order to remove the giant trident, the occupiers had to bring in an armored personnel carrier, to which they attached a cable.
Earlier, on April 11, unknown people smashed the same memorial, which is located on Perekopskaya Street. Destruction was required for propaganda. Unidentified people tore down the EU flag, smashed panels with photographs of the Heavenly Hundred and those killed in the Russian-Ukrainian war. Subsequently, the video from the moment of the destruction began to be made public on Russian propaganda resources.

Let us add that the Kremlin propagandists have been telling for a long time how the residents of Kherson allegedly rejoice at de-Ukrainization and are grateful for that they were saved. At the same time, local residents have already demonstrated dozens of times that they are not happy with the invaders. For a long time, large pro-Ukrainian rallies took place there, despite all the dangers for the protesters.
Due to the fact that Kherson residents are destroying all the plans of the Russians and preventing occupation actions in the city, the Russian authorities in the Kherson region decided reschedule all plans for the fall, linking the problems with the lack of budget.
