He added: They are approximately there now. This is the first line — a line built in war, under constant fire, by our military. The first and second lines are being built by the military, the third line is being built by local authorities. It is the most powerful – not because they are better than the military, but simply because it is farther from weapons, from shells, from shelling.
Recall that on the morning of May 10, Russian terrorists tried to break through the defenses of Ukraine near Volchansk, Kharkov region. The Ministry of Defense noted that Ukrainian defenders repelled enemy attacks.
