Russia again attacked Zaporizhia at approximately 6 am on October 11th. Enemies hit a kindergarten, a car dealership and high-rise buildings.
Law enforcement officers reported the relevant information. According to them, fires broke out in some places.
Russians launched more than 10 missiles at Zaporozhye
Today's (October 11 – channel 24) shelling of the city exceeded all previous ones in the number of rockets, the police said.
According to them, the Russians hit the territory of the rehabilitation center for the second time. Law enforcement officers remembered that children with disabilities used to study there, and now they are ruins, fragments and craters from rockets.
In addition, law enforcement officers found that:
- two enemy Russian missiles hit one of the city's car dealerships. He flared up. The fire also destroyed parked cars. The blast wave damaged nearby high-rise buildings and the surrounding area;
- several hits were near other civilian infrastructure. As a result of the attack, a green zone and a rock on the territory of the reserve, a water supply system and several administrative buildings were damaged. law enforcement officers recorded.
They also reported that during the day on October 11, the police received 29 reports of destruction.
The Russians attacked Zaporozhye at night
On the night of October 11, the Russian invaders shelled the settlements of the Pologovsky and Vasilyevsky districts.

Russia hit 8 high-rise buildings
City Council Secretary Anatoly Kurtev said that 11 October, 8 apartment buildings were hit by an enemy strike. According to him:
- windows and frames were broken in two high-rise buildings that caused the most damage;
- in one of the houses, representatives of OSMD and workers of Zaporizhremservis are already covering with OSB boards damaged windows on the first floor;
- in another building, apartments are being inspected and an application is being prepared for the issuance of repair materials from the city reserve.
In addition, rescuers and public utilities continue to dismantle the rubble and take out construction waste from a high-rise building, in which Russia destroyed the entrance on October 9.
Rescuers also work in the private sector, which the occupiers attacked on October 9. Zaporozhyeoblenergo specialists are restoring electricity.
