According to preliminary information, there were no casualties among the civilian population as a result of these explosions.

They were beaten around the city the day before – on August 30th. Then there were “arrivals” in the park area and residential areas. The consequences of the strike are terrible – 14 people were injured, 4 more, unfortunately, died on the spot. Two of the victims are in critical condition.
Natalya Popova noted that sirens are regularly turned on in Kharkiv, announcing the threat of rocket attacks or shelling. But the inhabitants of the city are already used to living in such conditions, and do not always respond to signals.

Current situation in Kharkiv
According to the adviser to the head of the Kharkiv Regional Council, despite the daily shelling, the number of people returning to the city has recently increased. There are also more open establishments and shops.
However, the number of requests for humanitarian assistance is also growing. As Popova explained, people do not just return home. They come here with virtually nothing, because the months of living outside their native region without work are taking their toll. Consequently, these people need support and turn to volunteers.
Consequently, more work is being done, and at the same time, Kharkiv region is already preparing for the winter, which is predicted to be very difficult. The representative of the regional council hopes that the residents of the region will have time to provide the necessary supplies before the cold weather.
