The defender of Chernigov, Hero of Ukraine, Major General Viktor Nikolyuk admitted that no one expected that in the modern world there would be bombardments of the territory. There will be air missile strikes and full-scale armed aggression.

Our army, which is ten times smaller, has shown: if you defend your state, then you are more charged for victory than the one who came to capture.
