The court revoked the license of the lawyer of the scandalous pro-Russian blogger Anatoly Shariy. This happened after Valentin Rybin wrote a scandalous post on Facebook.
The court decided that with his message dated March 19, 2022, he violated the lawyer's oath and the rules of lawyer ethics. Therefore, Valentin Rybin's license was revoked.

On September 2, 2022, the Qualification and Disciplinary Commission of the Bar of the Ternopil Region deprived Valentin Rybin of the right to engage in advocacy, the message says.
It is known that Andrei Fortunenko filed a complaint against the lawyer May 24, 2022. He, like the fish, was not in the courtroom.
The reason for the complaint was a Facebook post by Rybin, which, according to Fortunenko, contains:
- hostile attitude towards Ukrainian women, whose men went to the front to defend Ukraine from the aggressor;
- in the word “law” the symbol “Z” has a Nazi connotation and has become one of the symbols of Russian aggression;
- ignoring the norms of lawyer ethics, because his words violate the principles of sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine.

After checking the message, the committee members stated that:
- Rybin’s statements are indeed hostile, touchy, intolerant and violate the constitutional foundations of the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, violate the lawyer’s oath and the rules of lawyer ethics;
- the ex-lawyer has already encroached on the recognition of Ukraine as a sovereign, independent, democratic, social and legal by the state;
- by this Rybin violated the duty of a lawyer to observe the principles of the rule of law, legality, to be faithful to the oath, as well as the duty to comply with the Constitution of Ukraine.
To bring to disciplinary responsibility the lawyer Valentin Rybin for committing a disciplinary offense, qualified as a violation of the lawyer's oath and a single gross violation of the rules of lawyer ethics, which undermines the authority of the Bar of Ukraine, and to impose a disciplinary sanction on him in the form of deprivation of the right to engage in advocacy, – the commission decided.
It is worth remembering that at the end of March 2022, Rybin, as the father of three children, left Ukraine for Spain. But already on April 1, he was informed of suspicion of preparing and distributing communist, Nazi symbols, as well as propaganda of the communist and national socialist totalitarian regimes.
Pay attention! In addition to Shariy, Valentin Rybiy defended the accused on affairs of the Maidan. In particular, the former head of the SBU of the times of Yanukovych Alexander Shchegolev. Defending ex-Berkut soldier Andrey Khandrikin, Rybin posed in a mask with the Berkut emblem and came to the meeting in a T-shirt with “remember your name”.
