The former head of the Lugansk Regional State Administration Sergei Gaidai spoke about this.
He noted that for the Russian Federation, the Lugansk region is an important logistics center through which personnel and ammunition are constantly transferred in large quantities. Accordingly, if necessary, the invaders will be able to relatively quickly transfer their units to this direction.
