The Russian occupiers are further trying to strike our troops in different directions. In the Kherson region, the Russians are covered by a natural barrier – the Dnieper River.
Because for now, the fighting will continue. Military expert Sergei Grabsky said this on air on Channel 24.

“You need to understand what is important for Russians , the sacred goal is to keep the cascade of the Kakhovka reservoir,” Grabsky emphasized.
The invaders “show” the reservoir as access to the Dnieper water in the Crimea. Although everyone understands that no water can go to the occupied peninsula, because the very infrastructure of the North Crimean Canal is destroyed.
For them, this is a very important picture. Therefore, they will try to hold back our troops and hold the corridor,” the military expert explained.

Very important now, as Grabsky noted, is the situation on the right bank of the Dnieper , where the Armed Forces of Ukraine successfully pushed the enemy away from Nikolaev. Ukrainian defenders continue to push the enemy back from Kherson, where fighting is taking place in the vicinity.
“Our task is to completely destroy the enemy grouping on the right bank. At the same time, you need to understand that the fight on the left bank Ukraine is experiencing certain difficulties, in particular due to the specifics of geography,” the expert explained.
According to him, it is quite difficult to redeploy our units in large numbers on the left bank.
