Large-scale actions in support of Ukraine are periodically held in Warsaw. In particular, one of these took place today, May 9.
In addition, the protest in Warsaw took place the day before, May 8. Ukrainian activist Yulia told Channel 24 about this from the scene.
She noted that when the Russians in Poland saw a large number of Ukrainians and people who support us, they were simply afraid to approach.
“Today, the Rosnya was supposed to gather at the monument to Soviet soldiers to lay flowers. However, it was there hundreds of Ukrainians, Poles and other peoples gathered. Therefore, they were simply afraid of us and decided not to come there,” she said.
It is worth noting that the Russians agreed to meet there today at 11 o'clock. Even the Russian ambassador refused, or was afraid, to come there.

However, as the activist noted, one of the Russians, who nevertheless appeared at the protest, burned his passport. However, he asked not to show his face, fearing persecution.
