According to the underground, in the temporarily occupied territory of the Kherson region, preparations are underway to conscript residents liable for military service to serve in the Russian army. “Military registration and enlistment office” The occupiers had already developed a mobilization plan and began issuing subpoenas to reserve officers. It is noteworthy that the invaders are working on the basis of data that Ukrainians provided during fake elections and distribution of food packages.

Meanwhile, in the Donetsk region during the so-called “elections” 100 summonses were handed out. The invaders are actively compiling lists of people born in 2006, whom they want to mobilize in 2024.

National Security and Defense Council Secretary Alexey Danilov noted that the main goal of the fake elections of the Russian Federation in the occupied territories of Ukraine is to establish violent mobilization.
