The Russian military is trying to fully control the Donbas, but the Ukrainian soldiers are doing everything to moderate the enemy. The occupiers fire at the line of confrontation.
The Russians are concentrating their forces on attempts to completely occupy the Donetsk region. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported on the current situation on different fronts on the morning of September 19.
The invaders want to disrupt the active operations of the Defense Forces in certain areas. Therefore, they fire at the positions of our troops along the line of contact, regroup their units and bring in reserves. The enemy also carries out aerial reconnaissance.

Shelling of civilian infrastructure
The Russians continue to shell houses of civilians and civilian infrastructure, in violation of the norms of International Humanitarian Law, the laws and customs of warfare. During the day, the enemy launched 3 missile and 22 air strikes, carried out more than 90 shelling from multiple launch rocket systems at objects on the territory of Ukraine.
The infrastructure of more than 30 settlements suffered. We are talking about Nikolaev, Zaporozhye, Soledar, Belogorye, Novopole, Pervomaisky, Temirovka, Dry Pond, Mirolyubovka, Petrovka, Bereznegovat, Belogorivka, Controversial, Krasnohorivka, Stepnoy and Olgovsky.
The General Staff warned of the threat of aviation and missile strikes throughout Ukraine.

In the Volyn and Polesye directions, the situation remains unchanged. In other directions, the Russians are firing from tanks, mortars and artillery, namely:- in the Slobozhansky direction – the invaders gatili in the areas of the settlements of Goptovka, Guryev Kazachok, Kamenka and Kupyansk;
- on the Bakhmut direction – Seversk, Razdolevka, Soledar, Bakhmutskoye, Bakhmut, Veselaya Dolina, New York, Yurievka, Rozovka and Zaitsevo;
- on the Avdeevka direction – Avdeevka, Poprosnoye, Karlovka, Konstantinovka, Maryinka and Pervomayskoye;
- in the Novopavlovsk and Zaporizhia directions – Vuhledar, Bolshaya Novoselka, Malye Shcherbaki, Mirnoye, Svobodnaya Pole and Vremovka. More than 18 settlements experienced the fiery influence. For example, Bila Krinitsa, Mirolyubovka, Vysokopolie and Andreevka.

AFU repulse attacks by invaders
During the day, units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine repelled enemy attacks in the areas of Nikolaevka Vtoroy, Vesela Dolina and Bakhmut.
Our aviation dealt 21 strikes. Impressed were 16 areas of concentration of enemy manpower and strongholds and 5 positions of anti-aircraft missile systems.
Missile troops and artillery covered 14 enemy targets with fire. For example, 6 command posts, 3 strongholds and an area where personnel and military equipment are concentrated. Objects of air defense, electronic warfare and 3 ammunition depots fell into the affected area.
