The enemy continues to surprise that he marauders and plunders everything he can in Ukraine. In addition to toilet bowls, washing machines and linen, the Russians also steal grain.
The head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, Sergei Gaidai, reported about the latest thefts. According to him, the sowing campaign was not possible in the region.
Grain that lasted three years disappeared from the Luhansk region
Gaidai stressed that the Russians removed or destroyed the amount of grain from the region that could have been for the needs of residents for almost three years.
Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food reported that Russian infidels took out about 100 thousand tons of grain from the Luhansk region.
Gaidai notes that this is only information that was verified. The actual food losses are not yet known.
There is no bread now and it is not yet foreseen in the future. The Russians are leaving Ukrainians in the occupied territory on the verge of starvation, says Gaidai.
How much grain Luhansk needs
In April, Russian infidels destroyed an elevator in Rubizhnoye. Grain was stored there for the two-year needs of the Lugansk region – 30 thousand tons.
Gaidai explained that the region needs 60,000 tons of grain per year until February 24, 2022. If we count the territories that Russia occupied back in 2014, we need 240 thousand tons.
More than 90% of the land for the needs of farmers was in the north of the region, which the enemy occupied in 2022 year and where the fighting continues. It was these territories that provided grain to the entire region until 2014, – says the chairman of the OVA.
He also stated that the Luhansk region is the only region in which the sowing campaign has not begun.
“Because the Russians are not interested in this. Why, if you can rob and provide for yourself for several years ahead,” Gaidai concluded.
Looting of Russians in Ukraine

This is another component for which they “became famous” in Ukraine as an army of marauders. The Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine reported that grain is being robbed and taken out in the temporarily occupied territories. Thus, people are threatened with starvation.
- In Melitopol, the Russian invaders stole agricultural machinery worth 5 million. But not everything is so simple. Now they are simply not smart enough to start it.
- The Russians are robbing medical facilities and equipment. In particular, the surviving ventilators, which are needed to treat seriously ill patients, were taken out of Mariupol. Earlier, Gaidai reported about theft in hospitals in the Luhansk region. From there they take out new expensive equipment that was just installed last year.
