On August 11, the Russian invaders once again shelled the city of Kramatorsk in the Donetsk region. During another attack, the invaders used S-300 anti-aircraft missiles.

Three houses were damaged due to shelling
The head of the Donetsk OVA, Pavel Kirilenko, said that the Russians, during the shelling of Kramatorsk with the S-300 complex, got into the courtyard of one of the houses. The shell left a crater measuring 4 meters wide and one and a half meters deep.
As Pavel Kirilenko noted, fortunately, this time there were no casualties as a result of the shelling. However, three houses were damaged.
Local residents said that a heavy shelling took place around 4 am.

Invaders shelled Donbass from aviation, S-300 and Uraganov air defense systems
The National Police told the details of the shelling of the Donetsk region. It is reported that during the day the invaders hit 11 settlements – the cities of Avdeevka, Bakhmut, Kramatorsk, Soledar, Krasnogorovka, Maryinka, Kurakhovo, the villages of Kamenka, Karlovka, Aleksandropol, Lastochkino.
The enemy dropped shells on residential areas killed and wounded civilians. As a result of the shelling, 36 objects were destroyed and damaged – 27 residential buildings, including four multi-apartment buildings, premises of a coking plant, a store, an electrical network, and garages.

Mandatory evacuation continues in Donetsk region
- Due to the fact that shelling does not stop in Donbas, on July 28, a large-scale evacuation was announced in Donetsk region . The Minister for Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories, Irina Vereshchuk, called on Donetsk residents to evacuate, as there is a risk of being left without food, medicine and warmth due to hostilities.
- On July 30, the Cabinet of Ministers announced that the evacuation of local residents from the Donetsk region is mandatory. People who do not want to leave will have to sign a written consent.
- About 200,000 people are planned to be evacuated from Donbass. Of these, 50 thousand are children.
