Russian infidels got to the Scythian gold in Melitopol. This is one of the most expensive collections that was in Ukraine.
It is not known where it was taken, stolen or hidden. The mayor of Melitopol, Ivan Fedorov, spoke about this on the air of the telethon, channel 24 reports.
Fedorov hopes that we will be able to return the exhibit, because this is the history of the city.
What is known about the Scythian gold< /h3>
The exhibit dates back to the 4th century BC. Archaeologists found it about 70 years ago in the Melitopol mound.
It was in the local history museum, which was captured by the Russians.
