Russians continue to commit war crimes in Ukraine. They thought of placing one of their control posts at the Kakhovskaya HPP.

This was stated by Deputy Chief of the Main Operational Directorate of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Alexei Gromov at a briefing, Channel 24 reports. Thus, the Russian army violates Article 56 of the Protocol to the Geneva Conventions of 1949 on the protection of installations and structures containing dangerous forces.

Russian infidels, apparently, do not take into account any safety precautions at all. In the first days of a full-scale invasion, the invaders seized the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station, where they thought of placing the command posts of the Southern Military District and the 49th Army. In Chernobyl, Russian killers were fairly exposed to radiation, here they can drown.

According to Alexey Gromov, the Russians do not pay any attention to maintaining the captured objects in a safe condition. This can lead to an ecological disaster. Now two hydraulic units are not working at Kakhovskaya HPP . The Ukrainians offered to fix them, but the Russians do not react to this.

Therefore, significant volumes of water are discharged on the territory of the hydroelectric power station. This has already led to certain flooding in Novaya Kakhovka – in the park and the city beach. The surrounding villages and temporarily occupied Kherson may be under threat.

Russia wants to seize the temporarily occupied lands of Ukraine

On May 25, Russian President Vladimir Putin thought of issuing Russian passports to residents of the temporarily occupied territories of Kherson and Zaporozhye. It is clear that this will be done under duress. According to the Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada for Human Rights Lyudmila Denisova, the process of applying for a Russian piece of paper will be simplified.

Russian invaders forced teenagers to destroy the Heavenly Hundred memorial in Kherson. The guys did not want to do this, but they were threatened with kidnapping. Subsequently, the Russians used everything for their propaganda. One of the teenagers named Vlad announced this during a briefing organized by the Center for Strategic Communications and Information Security.
