Occupiers launched a repeated missile attack on an energy infrastructure facility in Volyn. This happened during the second air raid on the morning of October 22.
As noted by the head of the Volyn Police Department Yuriy Pogulyaiko, the enemy attacked the region again. The invaders did this during an air raid.
There were no casualties beforehand
Pogulayiko stressed that the infidels got into the same energy infrastructure facility. According to preliminary information, there were no casualties. As for the scale of destruction, the relevant information is still being specified. The relevant services have already gone to the place of the attack. They are engaged in the elimination of the consequences, as well as fixing war crimes in Russia.

Lights will be turned off in 10 areas
Unfortunately, as a result of an enemy attack, you will have to sit without light for a while. It is planned to turn off electricity in 10 regions of our state. We are talking about:
- Kyiv and Kyiv region;
- Chernihiv;
- Cherkasy;
- Zhytomyr;
- Sumy;
- Kharkov;
- Poltava;
- Dnepropetrovsk;
- Zaporozhye;
- Kirovograd region.
This is a forced step taken by Ukrenergo. The department noted that the scale of damage may exceed those received from October 10 to October 12, 2022. Therefore, Ukrainians are urged to take a more responsible attitude to the consumption of electricity. This is especially true for peak hours:
- from 6:00 to 11:00,
- from 17:00 to 23:00.
< p> Energy-intensive appliances, including washing machines, are recommended to be used at night. This will not only reduce the voltage in the network, but also speed up the restoration work.
We add that during the first attack a private house broke out in Lutsk. As Mayor Igor Polishchuk noted, the building was damaged due to the shock wave, as well as from rocket fragments. In the photos posted on the network, you can see that the owners of the house have recently completed repairs in it.
