Russian occupation forces are likely converting S-400 anti-aircraft missiles into ballistic missiles. Thus increasing their range.

Military expert Alexey Getman spoke about this on air at the national telethon Unified News.

He suggested that the enemy could have launched just such a missile at Kyiv during the attack on Saturday morning, November 11.

– It is quite possible that during the last attack on Kyiv it was just such a missile that was launched. Why was there only one rocket? Because they could experience it. They understood that they would not have achieved anything with one missile,” the military expert noted.

According to Getman, previously the occupiers had already converted S-300 anti-aircraft missiles into ballistic ones, which in fact requires not so significant improvements.

They are probably trying to make the same modifications to the S-400, aiming for the missile to fly over a distance of more than 400 km.

Missile attack on Kyiv

On Saturday morning, November 11, Russian troops attacked the Kyiv region with ballistic missiles. Two of them hit the field.

According to the Chairman of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration Ruslan Kravchenko, air defense was actively activated during the attack. Therefore, no hits were recorded on critical or residential infrastructure.
