The Ukrainian military has effective weapons, but the pace at which Russia receives arms supplies from other dictatorial regimes is “more rhythmic” than supplies from many democracies for Ukraine.
This was stated by the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky during his speech at the plenary session of the Norwegian Parliament on December 13.
— Now we have effective weapons. However, not everything that is necessary to wage this war on the terms of freedom, and not on the terms imposed by the enemy. Most of the world now views Russian aggression as a crime.
However, Putin has found accomplices in Iran and North Korea and receives from them weapons with which he kills our people. And deliveries from dictatorships to Russia, unfortunately, are more rhythmic than supplies from many democracies to Ukraine. There are a million artillery shells for Putin from Pyongyang. And I thank everyone in Europe who really helps withstand such pressure and supports us in exactly the way we need, — Zelensky said.
The head of the Ukrainian state emphasized that the Ukrainian forces know how to inflict painful losses on the Russian occupiers, which over time can return her to a sober assessment of reality.
