On the morning of November 17 , in the Black and Mediterranean Seas, the Russians hold two ships each, including one launch vehicle each, equipped with eight Calibers.
There is one ship on duty in the Sea of Azov , as noted by the Naval Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
As Natalya Gumenyuk, head of the joint coordination press center of the Southern Defense Forces, noted in a commentary to ICTV presenter Vadim Karpyak during the broadcast of the national telethon Unified News, there were no surface or underwater launch vehicles in the Black Sea for a long time.

Enemy ships were hiding at their bases due to a powerful storm.
“Now the storm is moderate, and the frigate, which was put out to sea today, can withstand such weather,” noted Natalya Gumenyuk.
Consequently, notes the head of the joint coordination press center of the Southern Defense Forces, it is possible that the enemy could use launch vehicles, even hiding behind such weather conditions.
