Russian special services are actively recruiting citizens of Syria, Nepal, Afghanistan, India, Congo, Egypt and Central Asian countries to further wage a full-scale war against Ukraine.
According to the Center for National Resistance, predominantly Russian occupiers are using foreign mercenaries to storm the positions of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.

The CNS adds that foreign mercenaries are being trained for combat operations on Russian territory, and later sent to Ukraine.
