The Russian Federation shelled Volchansk in the Kharkov region, as a result of which a man was killed and some were wounded.
This was reported by the head of the Kharkov OVA Oleg Sinegubov i and regional police.
According to the head, Russia entered a 9-story building and a private house at about 8 am. A 60-year-old woman was injured. As a result of a hit on a private household, a 50-year-old civilian man who was working in his garden died on the spot.

The Russians struck the city with a planning munition, which caused the destruction and damage of a high-rise building.
— Today at about 8:15 the Russians shelled the city of Volchansk. Police, rescuers, and doctors arrived at the scene of the incident. According to preliminary data, the Russian military struck with a unified inter-industry planning ammunition UMPB, — says a statement from the Kharkov region police.

As a result of the shelling, the third entrance of a nine-story building was destroyed, and the roof of the second entrance was partially damaged. Two residents were released from the apartment.
Investigators opened criminal proceedings under Part 2 of Art. 438 (violation of the laws and customs of war) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Now the police are inspecting the scene of the incident, collecting material evidence, documenting the consequences of another crime by the Russian military.
