The Russian Federation has not brought a single ship into the Black and Azov Seas – Ukrainian Navy

by alex

On November 19, there are no Russian ships in the Black and Azov Seas , although only yesterday one ship was on duty there.

There are two enemy ships in the Mediterranean Sea , among which is a carrier of Caliber cruise missiles with a total salvo of up to eight missiles.

Why did the Russian Federation bring ships to their bases?

The absence of ships in the seas, in particular, is affected by bad weather.

As Dmitry Pletenchuk, speaker of the Ukrainian Naval Forces, said on the air of the national telethon Unified News, even if ships go to sea in such weather, which is physically possible in principle, the use of the weapon systems themselves is impossible.

“Corvettes are quite resistant to such weather conditions, but the weapons are designed for slightly different systems of use,” says Dmitry Pletenchuk.

In addition, adds the speaker of the Ukrainian Navy, it is not known for certain for what purpose on November 17, after a nine-day pause, a frigate equipped with eight Calibers entered the Black Sea.

This ship can perform different functions, says Dmitry Pletenchuk. For example, this could be situation monitoring.

Now the Russian Federation has 10 launch vehicles on a permanent basis – five surface and five underwater.

Surface missiles usually have eight missile silos, while submarines have four.
