What kind of missiles did the Russian Federation attack Odessa
During May 17, Russian occupiers attacked the Odessa region with three ballistic missiles (probably Iskander-M) and three Kh-59/Kh-69 guided missiles, actively using reconnaissance drones throughout the southern direction, they reported Air Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
In total, Ukrainian air defense forces in the southern direction destroyed:
- three X-59 guided aircraft missiles in the Odessa region;
- two ZALA reconnaissance drones, an attack Lancet and another drone of an unknown type in the Kherson region;
- drone of unknown type in the Kirovograd region.
Before the explosions in Odessa, the Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces warned about significant activity of enemy tactical aviation in the southern and northeastern directions.
