Representatives of the Center for National Resistance believe that with the announcement of the withdrawal of Russian troops from the temporarily occupied territories of the Kherson region, Russian propagandists began an operation to divert the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
“However, we note that the departure of Russian troops from the Kherson region is a matter of time, and therefore, in fact, we only have a premature release,” the CNS believes.
