Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba discussed with US Secretary of State Antony Blinken the need to approve additional funding to support Ukraine.
The Ukrainian minister announced this on Twitter.
During the talks, Kuleba thanked Blinken for the recent US military aid package, and also noted the need for the allies to continue to support Ukraine, in particular by providing air defense systems and artillery ammunition.

The parties also exchanged views on the expected results of the Washington NATO summit, which will take place in the summer.
Kuleba emphasized that in recent years Ukraine has repeatedly demonstrated that, with sufficient support, it can defeat Russia on the battlefield.
— Failure to continue to support Ukraine would seriously undermine U.S. leadership around the world and jeopardize American national security, — added the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
US Aid to Ukraine
February 13 The US Senate supported a bill to help Ukraine and its allies in the amount of more than $95 billion, of which $60 billion for Ukraine.
Meanwhile, the House of Representatives still cannot agree on the adoption of the document.
March 12, the United States announced the allocation of assistance to Ukraine in the amount of $300 million.
