On the evening of October 30, Russia attacked one of DTEK’s thermal power plants in the front-line region.
As a result of the enemy’s attack, the equipment of the thermal power plant was seriously damaged, so residents of one of the settlements near the station found themselves without electricity and water.
However, fortunately, there were no casualties.

After the shelling ceased, energy brigades began work to eliminate the consequences of the shelling in order to restore power supply in the populated area.
The head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Igor Klimenko, also confirmed that in the evening the enemy fired artillery at an energy infrastructure facility, and rescuers promptly extinguished the fire.
