Ukraine is actively striking military targets in Russia with “good” drones, namely airfields and oil refineries. However, the real panic among Russians is caused by the shortage of spare parts and engines for aircraft.

This opinion was expressed to 24 Kanal by aviation expert Konstantin Krivolap, noting that in Russia, most factories producing the necessary equipment for aviation are not working. At the same time, the enemy now has big problems with using the aircraft themselves to shell our country.

The critical thing for the enemy is not the destruction of the aircraft themselves at the airfields. In the aggressor country, the main engine-building plants have stopped working and have not been working for a long time.

We hit the aircraft repair plant in Borisoglebsk, where they repair engines. This is very important, because the Russian army is choking not so much from a lack of aircraft, but from a lack of engines and spare parts for them, – emphasized Krivolap.

However, the Russians now have problems with aircraft as well. Thus, the airfields “Morozovsk”, Millerovo in the Rostov region, “Baltimore” in the Voronezh region, “Kursk” and the airfield in the Belgorod region were, for a time, those from which Russian Su-34 aircraft, which are carriers of KABs, took off and carried out shelling of Ukraine.

After Ukrainian drones began to actively carry out strikes on these military targets, the occupiers redeployed the aircraft deep into Russia to airfields at a distance of 300-400 kilometers, and then 700 kilometers. The enemy is afraid that our country will secretly receive JASSM missiles from its partners and will carry out strikes at a greater distance.

Still, the Russians periodically use these airfields, they are the main bases for the deployment of Su-34 and Su-35 aircraft. When our drones take off and head there, the aircraft have time to take off and move to other bases, he noted.

However, the occupiers mainly use all these airfields specifically for launching Shaheds. Enemy fuel and lubricant depots are also located near them.

By the way, it is not only strikes on airfields that reduce the capabilities of the Russian army. Thus, on January 24, the SBU and the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine carried out an attack on one of the largest oil refineries in Russia, namely the Ryazan Oil Refinery, which caused more than 50 explosions; drones also hit an oil pumping station.
