Vladimir Putin spoke at the FSB board/Collage 24 Channel

Vladimir Putin spoke at the FSB board on March 19. His speech did not go without mentioning Russian volunteers who are carrying out raids in the Belgorod and Kursk regions.

Of course, the Russian dictator did not admit that The rebels successfully carry out their assigned tasks and even hold populated areas. In Putin's world, his military “suppressed” volunteers – which is actually not the case.

Putin's complaints

During his speech, Vladimir Putin said that Russia allegedly continues to “strengthen the border” – especially in areas where military operations are taking place. The Russian president tried to calm the people by inventing tales about the understaffing of border guards and modern weapons.

Putin fantasized that the border breakthrough was carried out by the regular Ukrainian army together with “foreign mercenaries” and traitors. After that, he began to threaten Russian volunteers and convince them that the border was under control.

When I spoke about these traitors, because this has always been the case in our history. Don't forget who they are. Identify them by name. We will punish them without a statute of limitations, no matter where they are. I ask you to pay enough attention to this area,” Putin said.

The dictator also noted that attempts to sow unrest must be strictly suppressed. In addition, Putin complained that the West was actively using cross-border radical terrorist groups against Russia, encouraging their aggression. According to him, the ears of Western intelligence services are visible behind the manifestations of terrorism and extremism.

Vladimir Putin instructed the FSB to carry out work in all directions, understanding that “the enemy is dangerous and technically savvy.”

Putin's problems

  • Immediately After his “victory” in the presidential elections, Vladimir Putin also commented on the raid by Russian volunteers. Then he compared the RDK and the Freedom of Russia Legion with the Vlasovites, complaining that they were “fighting on the side of the neo-Nazis.” He also threatened to create a “sanitary zone” on the territory of Ukraine.
  • Chairman of the Council of Reservists of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Ivan Timochko is convinced that Putin’s statements are only attempts to reassure the Russians. He added that earlier the occupiers threatened to create such a zone in the Donetsk and Lugansk regions. Now the Kremlin is trying to restrain the volunteers.
  • Israeli military observer David Sharp The path to implementing the plan for “sanitary zones” is very long – this requires a lot of military forces. To create one, you need to enter the territory of Ukraine. The shelling of the Sumy region can be both an act of terror and a test.
