The Ukrainian military is firing drones at enemy targets in Russia and temporarily occupied Crimea. However, now the peninsula is gradually turning into a “passage yard” for aerial objects that can fly in any direction. This opinion Alexander Kovalenko, a military-political observer of the Information Resistance group, spoke to Channel 24, noting that the cover of the long-range anti-aircraft component over Crimea is decreasing. We are talking about strikes against the enemy’s radio engineering regiment and anti-aircraft missile regiments. Russia cannot prevent them in any way,” said Kovalenko. So the aggressor country is already experiencing a deficit of a certain oil products. In the future, this may concern not just civilian or commercial consumers, but also combat zones. Occupiers may be the last to be limited in fuel and lubricants. However, everything is gradually moving towards this. This is an important moment. The temporarily occupied peninsula was the second in air defense after Moscow and the Moscow region. However, this did not help the Russian divisions on the peninsula. It all depends on how it arrives and how it's planned. The enemy can develop new locations on Russian territory. The enemy may try to hide his warships there. Also, the occupiers can move them to Abkhazia. If our goal is the destruction of the Russian military fleet, we can achieve it,” Alexander Kovalenko emphasized. Ukrainian surface drones are constantly being improved. The Russians are finding it increasingly difficult to destroy them. Meanwhile, aerial UAVs can already cover distances of up to 1,500 kilometers. Therefore, all the means of defense that the enemy is trying to equip are not a panacea. This is evidenced by arrivals at Russian refineries and at the “most protected” places on the temporarily occupied peninsula. The enemy does not have 100% opportunity to defend against attacks from Ukraine. Meanwhile, the Russians want to have thermal imaging systems in the Black Sea Fleet so that protect from sea drones. However, here everything depends on the means of destruction – what caliber and firing range. If previously these UAVs could often be hit from small arms at close range, now the situation is completely different. These drones are very fast and maneuverable. The occupiers do not have time to conduct high-quality fire. It is effective to use such means of destruction at night. However, with increased speed and maneuverability, the UAV cannot be effectively hit with small arms even with a thermal imager and at close range. It seems to me “that after some time, or, apparently, already, our drones will have armor protection directly on the part that is most vulnerable to small arms,” the military-political observer suggested.Ukraine can destroy the Russian navy
