The Verkhovna Rada received a resolution on the early termination of the powers of all deputies from the Opposition Platform for Life. The faction officially ceased to exist in the Rada back in May 2022.

The website says that the resolution was registered on August 24 – the Independence Day of Ukraine. The bill was initiated by Aleksey Goncharenko, Vladimir Ariev Vladimir, Sofia Fedina and Oleg Dunda.

42 people's deputies propose to terminate the powers due to the fact that these people are active in anti-Ukrainian activities, as well as because of their withdrawal from the deputy Opposition Platform for Life faction and departure for permanent residence outside Ukraine.

The Opposition Platform for Life faction ceased to exist in the Rada

The Opposition Platform for Life Party ceased its activities in the Verkhovna Rada on April 14. The corresponding decision was made by the National Security and Defense Council. On May 12, 2022, the OPPL faction in the Verkhovna Rada officially ceased to exist.

Deputies from the OPPLJ began to flee Ukraine a few days before the full-scale invasion of Russia. In total, 60 charters flew out within 3 days.

Collaborators from the Opposition Platform for Life helped to destroy Mariupol.

Vadim Boychenko, the mayor of Mariupol, said that Russian invaders from the first days of a full-scale invasion beat up critical facilities city ​​infrastructure. They were assisted by collaborators. Local deputies, almost the entire faction of the Opposition Platform for Life, agreed to cooperate with the occupiers. The names of the traitors are known.
