The Verkhovna Rada is considering a bill according to which the court can increase the fine for failure to appear at the military registration and enlistment office to 204 thousand.

This was stated by the people's deputy from the Golos faction, a member of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence Roman Kostenko on the air of the United News telethon.

Fine for failure to appear at the TCC

When asked whether fines for failure to appear at the Territorial Acquisition Center (TCC) can be changed, the people's deputy says that the decision will be made by the court.

They are watching now

— The court can make such a decision. This bill is now in the Law Enforcement Committee. It was introduced in parallel with the main bill: we are talking about changes to the Administrative Code. Now the Law Enforcement Committee will consider these norms. And then it will become clear with what norms and articles the howl will come into the hall, — the deputy explained.

According to Kostenko, the Law Enforcement Committee of the Rada is scheduled to consider increasing liability for failure to appear at the military registration and enlistment office on April 6.

Mobilization bill

We recall that at the end of December the government of Ukraine introduced to the parliament a bill on changes in mobilization, military registration and military service.

Subsequently, this bill was withdrawn by the Cabinet of Ministers in order to improve the bill taking into account the proposals that were voiced by deputies.

Already on January 30, the government submitted to parliament an updated version of the mobilization bill.

Already on February 7, the Verkhovna Rada supported the bill proposed by the Cabinet of Ministers in the first reading.
